Band Executive 2009-10

The Barrie Central Band Executive is a student-run organization
that is committed to

-facilitating activities within the music department, and
-promoting music within the music department, school and community.

President: Dawnlisha

Vice-President: Anthony

Treasurer: Trevor

Publicity: Ian

Fund Raising Co-ordinators: Kylee, Lorisa

Secretary: Sara

Librarians: Emma, Kate

Thorns: Annie, Jessica, Mike

Junior Representative: Hannah, Danny, Danielle

 

 

 

Librarian- manage the music library/ catologue new music/ file old music

Secretary- record information at meetings/ distribute written communication

Junior Representatives- liasons with Junior members and the executive

Publicity- announce upcoming events/ flyers, media

Fund Raising Co-ordinators- organize events to raise funds for travel

Treasurer- manage Executive funds/ fund raisers, events, trips

Vice-President- works in conjunction with exec. members providing leadership

President- organizes activities in conjunction with the entire executive/ direct liason with staff and administration

 

Leadership, co-operation, communication, and responsibility are necessary for success in these roles.
Honour points are awarded in June for involvement in this school executive role.
